Abstract
Junior High Schools especially SMP Negeri 1 Banguntapan, need teaching and learning facilities for teachers and students in learning traditional music ensembles, from the information from sources that there is a lack of adequate traditional musical instruments, in this case an electronic-based learning media is needed to make traditional music ensemble games. 3D games are built using several software, namely Blender 3D is used for object modeling, Substance Painter software is used for giving textures to objects, Adobe XD software is used for user interface design, Unity software is used for visualization, and SPSS software is used for data analysis of user test results. Based on the results of the research that has been done by testing the application functionality on black box testing, getting the results of the buttons on the menus contained in this application worked well and as expected. 3D educational game applications can be said to be valid in the design to meet the needs of all parties concerned. It is proven from the results of the normality test and paired samples T-test using SPSS with paired samples statistics hypothesis testing where the mean of the module value is 75.10 and the game value is 87.00, the correlation value is 0.471, and the significant value is 0.000 <0.05 (Ho is rejected) , then there is a significant relationship between the 2 variables of the value of the module and the value of traditional music ensemble educational games. The user test for this application runs slowly on android 6, for the rest android 7, 9, 10, 11, 12 runs very well and smoothly without any problems.
