Abstract

Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) is one of the Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) method that is used to find best alternative within set criteria. This study has an objective to determine if ARAS method is suitable to determine employee periodic wage promotion and section promotion at Adisutjipto Institute of Aerospace Technology. The benefit of this study is it can simplify managing data about wage promotion and section promotion on ITDA human resource department using provided user interface. Based on the suitability result, ARAS method calculation shows suitability result of 100% when compared with Microsoft Excel calculation, and ARAS method calculation yield the same final recommendation result of section promotion when compared with DP3 calculation but with different employee value. In general, it can be concluded that ARAS method can be implemented in web-based application to determine employee periodic wage promotion and section promotion.
