Abstract

In completing the lecture period at ITD Adisutjipto, students must be obliged to follow all the stages in completing the study period. These stages are still carried out manually or offline, so that it can make it difficult for students to complete their final assignment. So based on this, a final project management application system was designed by implementing the Unified Modelling Language (UML) to help students be directed in completing the final assignment and to find out how efficient the final project management was using the application system that was created. Tests carried out in this application system use a functionality test (Black-Box), System Usability Scale (SUS), Pearson Product Moment validity test, Cronbach Alpha reliability test and Likert Scale. The results of the functionality test show that all the features on the system are running well. For the System Usability Scale (SUS) test, the results obtained were 65.1%, where the score still occupies the Marginal-Low level on Acceptability Ranges, the system's Grade Scales occupy Grade D, and the Adjective Rating so that the system is in the "OK" position. which means the system still needs improvement to a better one. The results of the validity test and reliability test show that the data tested is valid and consistent data, and the results of the Likert scale indicate that the data tested obtains a Valid Percent of 100%, which means that the respondents agree that the services provided in the application system run well according to function.
