Abstract

The Musuk District KUD as a shelter for pure cow's milk in the Musuk District must pay attention to the quality of the milk so that consumers continue to consume pure cow's milk from the Musuk District KUD. As one example, cow's milk was found from farmers with water mixed in it. In addition, the distance to collect milk between the posts is quite far, coupled with the amount of cow's milk which is sometimes also not much. . Choosing a supplier (supplier) of cow's milk is a strategic step for KUD Musuk District in maintaining long-term milk quality. Thus the need for an analysis of suppliers (suppliers) of cow's milk or cow's milk farmers based on the specified criteria. The criteria used in the selection of milk suppliers include milk quality, distance to postal locations, quantity of milk, accuracy of milk supply, and assessment of milk specific gravity. Then an analysis was carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, AHP is one of the methods to assist decision makers in making decisions according to predetermined criteria or conditions. Results of data analysis Supplier (supplier) of pure cow milk Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) District Musuk, Boyolali Regency, which is ranked from the top to the lowest, includes Post 2 Banyusri with a percentage of 24.2. Post 6 Tagung with a percentage of 21.4. Post 5 Tagung with a percentage of 19.6. Post 4 Jemowo with a percentage of 17.7. Heading 1 Mbangrowo with a percentage of 11.2. and Post 3 Menis with a percentage of 5.9. Proposed improvements made by the KUD in Musuk District, Boyolali Regency for pure cow's milk suppliers who have the lowest value, including reprimanding farmers directly at post 3 so that the quality of the cow's milk produced meets the criteria, conducting outreach to cow's milk farmers in an effort to produce high-quality cow's milk, maintain the cleanliness of the stables so that the cows are healthy and are not attacked by infectious diseases resulting in reduced milk quality, and lead to how to milk properly and correctly
