Abstract

Aviation safety is a state of fulfillment of requirements safety in the use of airspace, aircraft, airports, air navigation as well as supporting facilities and other public facilities (Law No. 1The year 2009). So to achieve aviation safety, it was for med responsible for supervising all airside movement scalled Apron Movement Control (AMC). Yogyakarta International Airport including the new airport that is operational, which is the first operational at this time the Covid-19 outbreak which affected the air transportation sector in2019 to 2021. In 2022 the increase in transportation users will increase air which affects the workload level of AMC personnel. This research aims to determine the level of workload and determine the relationship between workload results and age, work experience, and position. Know differences in the results of measuring physical and mental workload and improvements necessary to reduce workload. In this research, load measure ments work on Apron Movement Control personnel is carried out using the NASA method TLX, RSME and CVL. Research results for age NASA TLX workload levels41-45 years with an average of 90.7 (very high). Work experience 21-30 years with an average of 90.7 (very high). AMC Officer positions with an average of 75(tall). RSME aged 41-45 years with an average of 90 (quite large businesses). Work experience 21-30 with an average of 90 (quite large business). Position Supervisor with an average of 84.71 (considerable effort). There is one CVL personnel “Improvement required” because ≥ 30% with a result of 30.09%. Based on ages 36-40 with an average of 12.38% (no fatigue).Work experience 11-20 years with an average of 12.07% (no burnout).Supervisor position with an average of 14% (no fatigue). Chi-test results Square there is no relationship between the NASA TLX, RSME, and CVL methods age group, work experience and position. The Wilcoxon test results show that RSME more practical in mental workload analysis and CVL is more suitable for calculations with conditions in the field. There are differences in the results of workload measurements mental and physical methods RSME, NASA TLX, and CVL. Necessary repairs by arranging the division of personnel or work team schedules
