Abstract

The food processing industry is quite a manufacturing industry dominantly contributes to national economic growth. CV Agrindo Suprafood as one of the producers of nata de coco to several companies must have a level of product productivity that can meet market needs, up to Currently, market needs cannot be met properly until now Market needs are still very large so several initial steps are needed One way for companies to be able to meet market needs is by created a new idea, namely making a simple machine that could speed up the production process and to reduce labor on the work floor acidification. Draft existing designs and make calculations starting from the stage information, speculation or creative phase, analysis, development and evaluation phase presentation and follow-up. The results of these five stages are so that you can create or choose the selected 3D design that suits the company's needs and that It's definitely budget-friendly and supports the output produce the company using the machine design that will be proposed. So that Later you will get an optimal 3D design without paying any costs lowest possible total cost. The results of the research using the VE stages obtained a design plan Mixer machine which has dimensions length x width x height 1753.382 mm x 728 mm mm x 1541.236 mm, with 5 main components namely leg frame, tube frame, tubes, electric dynamos and pulleys. The selected material used is stainless steel 304 so that the total manufacturing budget is IDR 7,167,657, where This budget has saved the company's RAB funds which were originally 15,000,000, The total savings obtained are IDR 7,832,343
