Abstract

PT. Pahala Harapan Lestari is one of the shipbuilding companies National scale vessels active in shipping construction industry activities. Operating since 1986, PT. Pahala Harapan Lestari already has more than 30 years of experience in the manufacture of new and shipbuilding repair repair specializing in Tug Boat and Barge type vessels. Several other types of ships such as aluminum patrol boats, etc Production lsap vessels Dregger Type Suction are also a mainstay product continues to be developed. Working in a shipyard is a tough job has a very high risk. Risks of working at heights, working in confined space, hot work, working with pressurized tools, working with Heavy equipment can cause fatal accidents endanger employees. PT. Reward Hope Lestari prioritizes occupational safety and health of all working employees and crew members ships docking at the shipyard. Through Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control methods HIRARC prevention of work accidents can be done by knowing existing dangers and risks. This method consists of a series of K3 implementations starts with good planning including hazard identification, Determine risks, and determine control measures based on the data collected. In this study the researcher focused on ship hull relining process at PT. The Reward of Sustainable Hope. In the process of replating a ship's body, there are 22 potential dangers happen. The potential dangers are divided into two categories, namely High Risk or high risk with a total of 8 potential dangers and Extreme Risk or risk very high with 14 potential dangers. Of the 14 types of potential dangers The Extreme Risk category can be summarized into 4 types of danger, namely fell, was hit by sparks, caught fire, and was hit by a plate.
