Abstract

Air Conditioner (AC) is an equipment used to condition the air so that it can reach the appropriate temperature and humidity according to comfortable air conditions based on K3 legal regulations. This research is to calculate the air conditioning load at Wisma Golden Natuna. As well as calculating the power generated from the cooling load of Wisma Golden Natuna and selecting the right air conditioning machine. In this study, it took place at Wisma Golden Natuna in the Riau Archipelago. Due to the condition of the newly built Wisma Golden Natuna and the conditions in Natuna where the air temperature is very high. In this study, the Cooling Load Temperature method was used to get the right calculation. The method used in the research work of this final project uses literature studies, collection, data selection, observation and research. The object of research on air system analysis (STU) with the reference method. The essence of the discussion of this final project is the calculation of the Cooling load required for the Wisma Golden Natuna building. The results of research conducted on the Wisma Golden Natuna building. Generates a total cooling load and power of: 65,836.585 Btu/hr equivalent to 19.293 kW. On the 1st floor it produces: 30,197.405 Btu/hr equivalent to 8.849 kW and the 2nd floor is 35,639.18 Btu/hr equivalent to 10.444 kW.
