Abstract

Carbon clean or engine gurah is one type of tune up that functions to clean dirt in the engine, while the dirt that will be removed is carbon deposits that arise from the combustion system. The type of tool that is currently used to suck carbon liquid, namely a vacuum carbon cleaner as a replacement for a vacuum carbon cleaner, a "Design of a Carbon Cleaner Liquid Suction System in the Tune-up Process of Car Engines Based on Arduino and the Internet of Things (IOT) is made". The system uses Arduino Ide as a controller and IOT technology as data transfer. After the testing process and data collection have been carried out, a Carbon Cleaner Liquid Suction System Design has been successfully created in the Arduino and Internet of Things (IOT)-Based Car Engine Tune-up Process. How to monitor liquid carbon in the holding tube during the suction process is in progress, namely a flowmeter sensor is used to read liquid flow carbon sucked by a mini pump dc motor. while the interface viewer used the LCD located on the tool and also the BLYNK application to remote monitoring. From the results of the design and testing of the amount of liquid measured on a 16x2 LCD with an indicator on the BLYNK application according to 193 ml.
