Abstract

The need for materials is an important thing in the world of aircraft maintenance and maintenance, without material the work process cannot be carried out properly, therefore the readiness or capability of MRO is needed, one of which is in the maintenance repair shop in the hangar which guarantees material availability. available in inventory to carry out maintenance on the aircraft, especially in the structure repair shop section. The use of digital technology is felt to have answered the challenges of world development, especially in aircraft care and maintenance, the concept of maintenance continues to develop and becomes more efficient when digitized. To overcome this, it is necessary to know the design process, the results of the design and testing in the field on this website-based digital inventory material stock monitoring and control program to maintain stock level consumable materials so that they are always in sufficient condition and ready to be used for aircraft maintenance and maintenance. The process of designing this website uses the programming language PHP and Mysql as the database and leveling the stock level of this material using the Min-Max calculation method. The results of this website calculation after testing by the user receive a user acceptance rate of 91.2% using the User Accepted Test method, a test success rate of 100% with the Blackbox Testing method and the difference in value when compared to manual calculations via Microsoft ecxel ranges from 0% to 3.571429% on the stock level material leveling feature on the website.
