Abstract

As the movement of passengers at the airport increases, passenger service must be optimized so that there are no queues of passengers at the airport. With advances in technology, the accumulation of passenger queues can be minimized by using queue calculations using arena software to model the movements and queues that occur at airports. Arena Software is one of the modeling software used to build continuous models. With this passenger movement modeling, the author can find out the number of queues that occur at the check-in counters for Garuda Indonesia, Citilink, China airlines, Malaysia airlines, Singapore airlines and immigration at arrivals and departures. The longest queue occurred at the Malaysia airline check-in counter with a queue length of 8.21 minutes with a queue of 4 passengers while the fastest queue occurred at immigration arrivals with a queue length of 1.04 with a queue of 1 passenger.
