Abstract

On July 11, 2023 the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo conducted a survey of the West Java International Airport in Kertajati, Majalengka. There will be a transfer of the regular flight route from Hussein Sastranegara International Airport to West Java International Airport with a target date of October 2023. This study analyzes potential routes that can be reached from West Java International Airport using the parameters of the runway's basic capabilities and types of aircraft that can be served. This research also plans ticket prices to be offered for routes that can be reached from West Java International Airport. This analysis data is obtained from flight data of existing airports and nearby airports with the same classification. The research results showed that West Java International Airport has a 4E classification so that it is able to develop 42 existing routes from 6 existing airport routes in Indonesia. Planned air transport fares from West Java International Airport have a range with the highest fare being Rp. 3,662,187 for jet aircraft and Rp. 1,736,934 for propeller aircraft types.
